loose change

Lennon sort of broke our DVD player.  It skips any movie we try.  He was upset about it the other day so Tod tried to suggest a solution.

Tod: Well, do you have any savings?
Lennon: What is that.
Tod: Do you have any money saved up to buy a new DVD player?
Lennon: No. 
Tod: Looks like it's time to start.
Lennon: How do I get money?
Tod: You can earn it by working like I did when I was a kid.  I used to go door to door asking neighbors what work I could do for money.......I gathered wood, I cleaned pools, I blahblahblahblahblahblah....

Lennon's been looking in drawers instead.  Seems safer, if you ask me.

Tod designated this jar for earnings findings.  So far he has maybe five dimes, 20 pennies, a nickel and no quarters.  He asked if he's almost there.  Ummmm...
