Don't spam Tod

Tod gets spam in his email all the time.  Maybe he's a little fed up because I just saw this today....(scroll to the bottom and read each email until you hit the top for it to make sense):

---------------------------------------

K, I just sent $25,000 usd just to be sure that you have enough. I sent it Western Union like you said. The MTCN is: GETAJOBLOSER.

Thanks,

Tod Wever

This scam (w/a little twist) was pulled on a relative of ours and she got taken for several thousand dollars ... she met him in a chat room & he lied about being a member of the church. Even LDS chat rooms aren't safe from scammers! Good for Tod!

I seriously love this. I used to get these at work all the time. And we would do the same crap. I mean seriously do they think they can just get stupid Americans to send them money. GETAJOBLOSER. Classic.

Oh my gosh, that is absolutely hilarious.

(And you asked a little while ago on my blog, but we don't know each other. I'm not sure how I stumbled upon your blog...apparently I have a lot of free time)

Mom...I don't know if I would admit that on the internet if I were you, haha! 1. Not sure if I want people to know that I have relative's that have fallen for this...2. Most of the people that read Holly's blog are scammers and they are now going to be contacting you from the UK or Africa because they are the heir to Prince Alibaba's fortune who died in a plane crash but they need an american bank account to deposit the money into.
