started his second year of preschool this month. He also informed us he has a crush on a girl and asked if she saw when he destroyed the piñata at a recent party.
"Do you think she liked when all the candy came out? Did she see me hit it hard?"
Lennon provides meaningful conversation throughout the day. Like at dinner the other night when he was coloring in his superhero coloring book.
Lennon: Cat Woman is hot.
Me: What?
Lennon: I SAID...Cat Woman is HOT.
Me: Don't say people are hot.
Lennon: Why not? Dad says you're hot.
Me: Well we're married. You can't say someone's hot unless you're married to them.
Lennon: Ohhhhhhh...
Or the other day when I asked him what he wanted to do for his job later in life:
Lennon: I'm going to drive a car.
Me: But what will you do for your JOB?
Lennon: Work with my dad.
Me: Ahhhh. He'll really like that I'll bet.
Lennon: ...........but we'll need two computers so I have one too.
Me: Right.

I know. He asked me if he should ask her to marry him now or when they grow up. I said to wait it out; plenty of time for all of this. So sad.
